Answering the phone was the easy part.
Every AI receptionist can pick up. VoiceLi picks up, books the appointment, writes the record, scores the lead, tells the right person and starts the follow-up — before the caller has put their phone down.
Hear it for yourself
Give us a number and the agent will call you straight back.
The call gets answered. Then nothing happens.
The phone rang at 7:40pm. Something answered it. There is a recording, a transcript and a summary sitting in a dashboard.
The appointment was never booked. The CRM has no idea the call happened. Nobody was told. No follow-up went out. On Thursday somebody reads the transcript and calls back, and the customer has already hired the company that called them on Tuesday.
The industry solved answering the phone three years ago. What it has not solved is the twenty minutes of admin after every call that nobody has time for — and that is where the revenue actually leaks.

01 and 02 are the industry. 03 to 07 are the point.
We are the phone company, not a middleman
Most AI receptionists are software sitting on top of somebody else's telephony. They ask you to forward your calls to a number they rent — an extra hop, an extra company between you and your customers, and an extra thing to go wrong at nine on a Monday.
VoiceLi owns the carrier layer. We port your number and answer on it, or issue a new local, toll-free or vanity number and have it taking calls in about thirty minutes.
From $98.88 a month
The agent, the number and the CRM write-back are in the price, and you are not billed per agent. Goodcall charges between $79 and $249 for each agent, every month.
Asked and answered
How is this different from an answering service?
An answering service takes a message. VoiceLi handles the reason for the call — answers the question, books the slot, writes the record and starts the follow-up. You get an outcome, not a note.
Can callers tell they are talking to AI?
Yes, and we say so at the start of the call. Being straight about it costs nothing and it is required in some places. What callers notice is that it answers on the first ring and knows your prices.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We are a licensed carrier, so we port your number rather than asking you to forward it. Or we can issue a new local, toll-free or vanity number and have it taking calls in about half an hour.
What happens if the AI cannot answer something?
It transfers to whoever you nominate — a mobile, a desk, an on-call rota — and hands over the context so nobody has to start again.
Does it update my CRM automatically?
That is the part most tools skip. Every call produces a contact, filled-in fields, a note, a score and whatever workflow you have set to follow.
How much does it cost?
From $98.88 a month, including the agent, the phone number and the CRM write-back. Agents are included in the tier rather than billed for one at a time.
Hear it before you believe any of this
Give us a number. It calls you, has a real conversation, and then shows you the record it built while you were talking.
